     Hello everyone!
Today I would like to give my reviews on the given article " best practices " in Global times.
Exercise is one of the easiest and most effective ways of improving both your physical and mental health. A little regular exercise can ease depression and anxiety , boost energy and mood and relieve stress . But you don't have to be fitness fantic to reap the benefits no matter your age or fitness level is , there are lot of  enjoyable ways to use physical activity like aerobics , dancing  and singing to help you feel better ,look better and enjoy life more. Exercise is not just about aerobic capacity and muscle size . No doubt it can improve your health and your physique and even add years to your life. But that's not what motivates most people to stay active .
         Music yes ! The Music ! It ease stress and anxiety , lifts your mood , sharpens your brain power also boost the energy .
It is happy to know that AMIES are introduced to international melodies through Trinity Guidehall young Performances Certificates , which not only make them musically inclined but also develope confidence , group interaction skills and a sense of achievement .
             Not only music but dance and aerobics also helps to overcome stress . It is also good to know that AMIES are looking forward and incorporating the best of child friendly international approaches into the curriculum for the holistic development of children .
These activities not only build Confidence but also plays a great role in character formation. Ballet is the Dance form , it is sheer bliss leading to the development of mind , body  and soul of children from a young age with the aim to provide a fully developed , all inclusive curriculum for AMIES Amiown brings the best of initiative from across the Global .
